Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This helps us protect our customers and maintain strict food safety standards. That said, if something arrives wrong, damaged, or missing, we'll make it right.
If There's a Problem With Your Order
If your order arrives with any of the following issues, contact us and we'll offer a replacement or refund: • Item arrived damaged • Item was missing from your order • You received the wrong item • Package was lost in transit (after carrier confirmation) Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve it fast, include: • Your order number • A quick description of the issue • Photos of the product + packaging (if damaged)
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for: • Opened or unopened food products • Items damaged due to incorrect storage after delivery • Orders with an incorrect address entered at checkout • Items marked final sale or limited drop
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank to process the refund after it's sent.
Order Changes / Cancellations
We move fast. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us ASAP. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations.
