Elevate your avocado toast with Ume Umbra. Ume and yuzu bring bright, savory flavor while sesame adds a crunch to your toast!
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 2 slices bread, toasted (sourdough, multi-grain, wheat, etc.)
- 1 ripe large avocado
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1–2 tsp WHERE THE WILD THINGS EAT Ume Umbra
- Chives, cilantro or microgreens for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lemon juice, salt and pepper and olive oil.
- Spread the avocado mixture evenly over the toasted bread.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the eggs to your liking.
- Place one egg on each slice of avocado toast.
- Sprinkle Ume Umbra and garnish with chopped chives. Enjoy!
